All our tenants receive a student handbook we’ve put together with all the necessary information to help them navigate renting a property with independence and know when to ask for help. Our monthly newsletter helps tenants keep up to date with their obligations, as well as providing tips and suggestions for saving money on bills, understanding their obligations (time to mow the lawn!) and events in the area. Our routine inspections ensure we keep a close eye on the property but also enable us to build a genuine relationship with your tenants (and neighbours), all of which helps create a harmonious tenancy and well-cared for property.
